() has got the greenlight from the Australian authorities to conduct its proposed airborne gravity and gradiometry survey over EP 145, in the Amadeus Basin in the Northern Territory.
It is anticipated that the company’s contractor will start the data acquisition programme in the week commencing 5 July 2021.
Previously, Mosman noted that it will be the first time that data acquisition will be undertaken across the whole permit, and, it will be used to identify focus areas for future programmes including seismic and potentially drilling.
Mosman detailed that the survey will cost A$300,000 and will span the entire 818 square kilometre permit area.

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited () has updated investors on progress on the Falcon-1 well and the Stanley project in East Texas, US.
The AIM-listed firm said the Falcon-1 well was re-completed in a new zone last week and can now confirm that the well is producing gas and oil with no reported water.

() said it is still committed to drilling new wells though its recent activity has focussed on the workover of existing wells to boost production and cashflows.
Several well workovers have been performed to optimise production at the Stanley project, where Mosman has well interests between 15% and 19%. Similar operations have been taking place at the 50%-owned Falcon-1 well a new zone has been recompleted to see whether it will yield higher production rates.

Mosman Oil & Gas Plc () is set for a very different second half of 2021 thanks to its production-led growth strategy, that’s according to stockbroker SP Angel.
AIM-quoted Mosman on Wednesday released its first half results statement for 2020 and told investors it had begun the third quarter with “renewed vigour”.
The company said that it is to focus on drilling activity and its position is boosted by its increased interest in the Greater Stanley project. It reported gross production of 34,569 barrels of oil from its operations over the first half, which works out as 9,871 barrels net to Mosman.
