Kavango Resources is a mineral exploration company focused on Botswana. Kavango has been set up by an experienced team of geologists and a geophysicist with a history of exploration discoveries in southern Africa. The focus in Botswana is centred on three projects, which are prospective for copper, nickel and PGE metals.

() says an 18km long target has now been identified at South Ghanzi in Botswana following 150Km of soil sampling.

The Morula target is now estimated to be at least 18km long (up from 12km previously announced) and between 800m and 2.4km in width. The anomaly remains open along strike in both directions.

In addition to this, a third sub-parallel geochemical anomaly has been identified immediately to the south of Morula. This target appears to be at least 5km long and 700m wide.

Promising, in-soil copper readings have been recorded on all three targets – Acacia, Morula and the newest anomaly Happy, said the statement.
