Induction Healthcare PLC (LON:INHC) said the newly acquired medical video consultation business, Attend Anywhere, has won its first significant contract since the deal was completed last month. It has renewed its commercial relationship with NHS Wales, though its scope has been expanded. Induction will receive GBP1.635mln of which GBP1.22mln will be booked in the current year.

Corero Network Security PLC (LON:CNS) reported a strong start to the year on growing demand for its products. The company, which specialises in combatting distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, said order intake for the six months to end June 2021 is expected to be about US$8.9mln (GBP6.5mln), ahead of the previous high of US$7.9mln for the first-half of 2020.

One Media iP Group PLC (LON:OMIP) revealed in its half-year results that face-to-face meetings with digital rights owners have now resumed. Revenue in the six months to the end of April rose to GBP2.1mln from GBP2.03mln in the corresponding period 12 months earlier, despite foreign exchange movements being unhelpful.

Alliance Pharma PLC (LON:APH) has highlighted a strong performance in the first half of 2021 ahead of its interim results, due in September. The company told investors that revenue amounted to around GBP80.9mln, up 24% on the comparative months of last year, or 9% if excluding the acquisition of Amberen.

Cloudbreak Discovery PLC (LON:CDL) has appointed Rory Kutluoglu as chief operating officer, Cam Bartsch as vice president of exploration and Henrik Mikkelsen as vice president of corporate Development.

Ariana Resources PLC (LON:AAU) is planning to pay a special dividend in three tranches, subject to the completion of the previously announced capital reduction process, which is being finalised this month.
