Sirius Real Estate PLC has made a bold statement of intent after the completion of its EUR400mln corporate bond issue with the purchase of four German business park assets and a parcel of land for just under EUR85mln.
Ergomed PLC (AIM:ERGO, ETR:2EM, FRA:2EM) said that to meet demand from new and existing investors, Dr Miroslav Reljanovic, executive chairman, and Richard Barfield, chief financial officer, had sold 1.2mln and 50,000 shares respectively at 1,200 pence per share. Following these sales, Reljanovic holds a 19.8% stake and Barfield 0.1%.
