Learning Technologies Group PLC has completed the GBP284mln acquisition of GPS Strategies – a transformational deal for the group.
The purchase of the workforce transformation specialist has helped create an enlarged business employing 5,000 and generating annual revenues of GBP500mln.
The transaction is expected to be earnings accretive from 2022.
