Environmental and life sciences group DeepVerge PLC (AIM:DVRG) said its Modern Water subsidiary has been selected to contribute monitoring equipment to a government COVID-19 infrastructure trial.


Mailbox REIT declared an interim dividend of 1.75 pence per share for the third quarter of the year as it reported high rental collection rates and an improved property valuation.


Mirriad Advertising PLC (AIM:MIRI, OTCQX:MMDDF) announced it has hired Martin Moor as vice president and head of music & brand partnerships and James Goodhall as head of music sales Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).


Vast Resources PLC (AIM:VAST) said it raised a gross GBP1.35mln through a placing and will use the proceeds to cover a shortfall in working capital and for contingencies. The AIM-listed mining company placed 54 million shares at a price of 2.5p each.


Kavango Resources PLC (LSE:KAV, OTC:KVGOF) was awarded an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) covering all of its prospecting licences in the Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana, allowing it to undertake drilling work for two years. The EMP also covers the licences held within the Kanye Resources joint venture with Power Metal Resources PLC (AIM:POW) and the joint venture with LVR GeoExplorers (Pty).


Enteq Upstream PLC has changed its name to Enteq Technologies PLC (AIM:NTQ), following shareholder approval at the annual meeting on 23 September 2021. The board said it considers that the new name “better reflects the company’s drive to develop existing and emerging technologies with the view to provide such technologies to energy customers, including those in the clean energy sector”.


Tirupati Graphite PLC (LSE:TGR), a specialist graphite producer and graphene developer, is well-positioned to develop solutions that can help achieve net-zero targets, the company’s chairman said ahead of its annual general meeting today.
