A selection of the stories appearing today on the Proactive websiteSkinBioTherapeutics PLC, a life science company focused on skin health, has launched a probiotic food supplement to help alleviate the symptoms associated with psoriasis.


Alpha Growth PLC (LSE:ALGW, OTCQB:ALPGF), the specialist fund manager, reported a loss for the half year to 31 August 2021 of GBP494,898 (2020 (audited): GBP567,200). Unaudited net assets as at 31 August 2021 were GBP3.798mln.


Afarak Group PLC (LSE:AFRK) said its speciality segment output showed net signs of improvement in the third quarter of 2021 but production overall was lower compared to a year ago mainly due to the divestment of major South African assets. Total production was 31,568Mt (43,121Mt).

Power Metal Resources PLC (AIM:POW) said its final licence application at the Wallal project E45/5853 (Wallal West 1) has now been granted. Adding Wallal West 1 means that the entire Wallal project land package has been granted, which covers the Western, Eastern and Border anomalies.

Power Metal Resources PLC (AIM:POW) has signed a revised agreement for the 100% acquisition of First Development Resources Pty. Consideration for the acquisition is roughly GBP720,000, mostly to be met with the issue of new shares.
